Customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

• Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are completely unused.

2. Packaging Condition

• The watch must remain in its original, unopened packaging.

• Products with opened packaging or signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping Costs

• All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once the item is received and inspected, the return will be approved if it meets the conditions.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
